Mold Bases for European Standards

The mold bases that we have available, are based on two different standards and they are between 95 x 95 and 1196 x 996 in terms of dimensions. You can also choose standard plates without drilling.

All plates are manufactured from European steel from which you can choose 1.1730, 1.2083, 1.2085, 1.2162, 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.2343, 1.2738, 1.2767, Toolox33, Toolox44, 1.2738HH or 1.2714HH.

Beyond our wide range of standard sizes, we also offer the possibility of supplying you with plates out of standard sizes and among 9 types of surface finishes of your choice.

Standard Parts for Molds and Dies

From ejection parts (ejector pins up to 1000mm), guiding components (leader pins and bushings up to Ø52mm), locating rings, locks, temperature regulation, transporting, lifting and fastening, sprue bushings, springs, sliding systems, etc., you will surely find the ones you need for your mold.

All parts are European made and respect the DIN and ISO standards being 100% compatible and equivalent to those of other respected brands.

Fully machined tool and die plates to customer’s specs

By requesting and sending 3D files, we can provide you with already finished plates or with stock for future thermal treatment and subsequent finishing by helping us to the enormous machinery park at our disposal, where some of the machining capabilities that stand out are the following:

• CNC machining centres: Max plate dimensions X=5700; Y=3400; Z=1250;
• Surface grinding: Diagonal max plate size = 3500mm;
• Deep holes drilling:   Lmax=850 ;  Ø = 3 / 25
